Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kifikids.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
- Collecting from the central location (for Luxembourg only)
You can have your order from our office for collection. When placing your order, please leave a note that you will collect your product from our office. We do not have a retail store location yet, but our office is open during regular working hours.
Your order will be available to collect from the office once you have received a text message or email that confirming it is ready.
Please be advised that we will hold your order for a maximum of 7 days, after which time your order will be returned to our warehouse.
- Standard delivery (EU only)
We will deliver all stocked items within 1-3 working days.
Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9am and 17:00pm, during peak times your delivery may arrive between 7.30am and 9pm. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated during the check-out process. If the shipping charges are more than the prices stated on our website, your approval will be requested for the difference fee before the product dispatched.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, if you also ordered shipment with tracking you will also receive your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs, Duties and Taxes
Currently we are not shipping outside EU. All the products will be shipped from Luxembourg.
- Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
