Shipping
We currently offer shipping only to EU countries. All the products will be shipped from Luxembourg.
Luxembourg
We offer two options to receive your order:
1. Collection from the central location
You can collect your order directly from our office. When placing your order, please leave a note that you will collect your product from our office. We do not have a retail store location yet, but our office is open during regular working hours.
Your order will be available to collect from the office once you have received a text message or email confirming that it is ready.
Please be advised that we will hold your order for a maximum of 7 days, after which time your order will be returned to our warehouse.
2. Shipping
Shipping is provided free of charge. Delivery is withing 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Other EU countries
We offer two shipment options:
- Express shipping (with tracking) - 3,5€. Delivery is within 3-4 business days.
- Standard shipping (with tracking) - 5,5€. Delivery is within 8-12 business days.
Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver.
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. and 17:00 p.m., during peak times your delivery may arrive between 7.30 a.m. and 9 p.m. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
